These healing sounds penetrate your body, releasing emotional burdens and helping to dissolve limiting thought patterns. Gong meditation can be a particularly good companion for anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain and stress. What exactly happens during gong meditation? To create a relaxed atmosphere, we begin with a guided meditation accompanied by singing bowls, which open the door to the sound experience to come. The gong sounds softly at first and then gets louder and louder. Its vibrations penetrate the body, releasing blocked energies and creating space for inner potential to unfold. Each gong meditation ends with a few minutes of deep silence. When you first encounter the gong, your mind may react with curiosity to the different sounds. It may take you two or three Gong Meditations to completely let go and relax. But even after the first gong meditation you will feel a positive change in your everyday life. Immerse yourself in the world of sound healing and experience how the gong can restore your inner harmony.
