Sophie's Yoga's teaching is designed to resonate with those who have restless minds, drawing from her personal experience with ADHD and burnout. Expect an invigorating Hatha Yoga experience, a robust practice focused on holding traditional Asanas (postures), with a touch of Vinyasa (flow). As you engage in this energising workout, Sophie's approach places a strong emphasis on improving your mobility and flexibility.

Hatha Yoga - Flow

Join me for an invigorating Hatha Flow Yoga session that seamlessly merges traditional Asanas (postures) with the graceful elements of Vinyasa (flow). Immerse yourself in this practice, focusing on enhancing your mobility, flexibility, and strength. My approach is designed to help calm a busy mind, leaving you with a profound sense of serenity. Expect to feel empowered and accomplished after this challenging and sweat-inducing session.

Hatha Yoga - Strength
In this class, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an invigorating and strong Hatha Yoga session that incorporates traditional Asanas (postures) while also introducing elements of Vinyasa (flow). The extended holds of asanas offer you the chance to attain proper alignment, guided by the instructor. This guidance extends even to advanced poses such as headstands and crow pose. As you fully engage in this energising workout, the approach also places a strong emphasis on improving your mobility and flexibility.

This class is specifically designed to address the complexities of a busy mind, leaving you with a sense of calm and a more serene mindset. Additionally, it will leave you feeling strong and accomplished after a challenging and sweaty practice.
